Red Truck’s Gallery model’s a little different. Instead of cycling through new artists in an effort to stay “fresh,” whatever that means, I’ve decided to show only the work of 7 artists and grow as they do.
I’ve gone this direction for 2 reasons. 1, because it seems more interesting to me to follow artistic growth, to watch as artists develop, take on new challenges and go in new directions. To watch an artist change over time is just so much more intimate, so much more personal.

2, and this one’s just a touch more important to me personally, the artists I’ve chosen mean the world to me. I’ve known John, Lynn, Joe and Tom since I was a boy. Chris Roberts-Antieau’s my mother. Bryan Cunningham’s been my best friend since high-school, and Frank Relle’s one of my favorite people on the planet. These people are all family to me and I love them all as much as I do anything in the world, so, the decision to go this route, and represent only them was an easy one.

-Fortunately, they’re all amazing artists.
