since 2006, pool gallery has been doing its thing in Berlin – showing top notch work by well-known and soon-to-be-well-known contemporary artists. Some pool gallery artists are from Germany, some live and work in Berlin; others live elsewhere in Europe, and others still in America and beyond. If nothing else, it’s safe to say that all of them make work that, while extremely varied in media and in sentiment, is recognizably something that pool gallery would show.
