One of San Francisco’s most internationally renowned private galleries for contemporary art, Frey Norris has set a standard for thought provoking programming for nearly eight years. In February 2011, we will celebrate our grand re-opening, in a new 5,100 square foot space designed by award winning architectural firm Gensler and Associates near SFMOMA. This distinctive and flexible new space will allow an expansion of the gallery’s globally aware program in the coming years. In addition to an eclectic calendar of exhibitions, Frey Norris publishes catalogues and books, hosts art oriented charitable and community events, and houses a growing library and archive. The gallery participates consistently in art fairs in Miami, Dubai, Hong Kong and New York. Through this diverse array of activities we attract a broad audience seeking guidance in navigating a complex and evolving global art market.
