571 Projects seeks to bridge the gap between dynamic emerging & mid-career artists and engaged collectors, both those beginning to collect and those looking for fresh talent. To support the work of significant artists, we provide a forum through tightly curated, solo exhibitions that showcase a single body of work.

Founded in by Sophie Bréchu-West, an alumna of Christie’s Master’s in Contemporary Art and Connoisseurship program, 571 Projects opened its doors in October 2009. Bringing over 10 years’ experience working in the international gallery world between Boston, London and New York City, Brechu-West has freelanced in a variety of capacities in the art world, including as an auctioneer and curator. With 571 Projects, Bréchu-West gives her love and enthusiasm for contemporary art and artists a platform.

The gallery is launching an exhibitions program showcasing selected highly talented emerging and mid-career artists working across all media, and aims to promote them to international contemporary art collectors and museums.
