Come have a cup of tea with Vindora at ASK, 97 Broadway, Kingston, and select a written piece to use as inspiration for an artwork. Then submit it to the VisuaLit, Collaborations Between Visual Artists & Writers exhibit to be shown at ASK for the month of July. As soon as you know what form the work will take (painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, assemblage) please give that information to Vindora. She will then contact the writer so that the writing will be included in the exhibit. Art submissions are to be dropped off July 1st from 1 to 6pm at ASK. Size constraints are 22″ × 28″. If you would like your piece to be shown for the show’s promotional pieces (website, postcard, ArtWorks) please send jpegs to communications@askforarts.org.
