We are proud to present Sara Blokland’s second solo show at the gallery: Reproduction of family (part two).* In this exhibition she explores the representation of the concept of family, by analyzing the confusion and ambiguity between the personal and impersonal. On view is a family, whose images are reproduced on cup and saucer or reprinted on existing photographs of books about plants and food. It is a fictional reconstruction of the context off this group of people.
