Stephen Petronio Company is pleased to announce their fall benefit auction, ART ♥ STEPHEN PETRONIO COMPANY. The event will include more than 60 contemporary works by established and emerging artists. Works in the sale will be featured in an online preview on Paddle8.com. Online bidding will be available through Paddle8 from October 25 through November 7.
The ART ♥ STEPHEN PETRONIO COMPANY event on November 8 will include live and silent auctions and will take place at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Donald Baechler is the Honorary Event Chair and Jill Brienza, Liz Gerring Radke and Maureen Sullivan are the Event Co-Chairs. The event will include a performance by members of Stephen Petronio Company.
The event is designed as both a fundraiser and a celebration of Stephen Petronio Company’s close connections to the visual arts. Several artists included in the auction, such as Cindy Sherman, Donald Baechler and Stephen Hannock, have collaborated with Stephen Petronio on performance works for the Company.
Proceeds support the Stephen Petronio Company’s creation of new dance works, collaborations with visual artists and musicians, public performances, and education programs.
