GREY AREA [shopgreyarea.com] is the undefined space between art and design where art is made functional and the functional is made art. GREY AREA’s mission to present the best of what doesn’t quite fit within the traditional gallery experience. This includes artist-designed jewelry, furniture, clothing, home goods and art objects. Founded by designer and collector Kyle DeWoody and Artlog Founder, Manish Vora, GREY AREA has popped-up in the Hamptons, Los Angeles, NYC, Santa Barbara and Art Basel Miami Beach in the past six months. GREY AREA’s new showroom and event space is located in the heart of SoHo’s shopping district and the former studio of Laurie Simmons, Carroll Dunham, and Cindy Sherman.
