The Indianapolis Museum of Art has been selected to present the exhibition Gloria by Puerto Rican based artist collaborative Jennifer Allora and Guillermo Calzadilla at the 54th Venice Biennale. Six new works by Allora and Calzadilla will utilize performance, sculpture, video, and sound to emphasize the role of art as an index for international social issues. They will highlight questionable practices of competitive enterprises such as war, global economics, the Olympic games, and even the fair itself.
