Artist and designer Sebastian Errazuriz was among millions of New Yorkers unable to get to work as the storm unfolded. With his studio out of commission, Errazuriz started designing t-shirts to raise funds for Sandy relief programs. The water line marking the doors and walls of art galleries in Chelsea provided the inspiration: New York icons shining through the flood waters and blackouts.
