The DC wordsmith known as Brash is making headlines again, this time with poems he’s composed for each of around 1,300 exhibitors taking part in Artomatic, Washington’s salon-style free-for-all that kicked off last month. Apparently Brash has been at work since 2007, scrawling sometimes-insightful blurbs for District artists’ work and is even compiling them into a book. Though, like the poem shown here, his rhymes also comprise knee-jerk reactions and really bad fonts.
